Had the front off of my 1010, replaced fan belt, hoses etc. So after putting it all back together and firing it up I noticed that the fan is blowing air out the front. Through the radiator instead of drawing it in.
Have owned this crawler for 8 years now, so it has been that way long since before I bought it. It does not seem to affect performance, never overheated or lost coolant. But it still makes me pariniod. This is a gas engine, but it has the 6 bladed diesel fan instead of the gas 4 blade.
Am I right in thinking I shouldn't worry about it since it has always run okay?

dont worry about it .... they came either suction or blower fan on both gas and diesel ....with a loader or dozer it should be a blower fan keeps the radiator much cleaner.....you have the best fan for cooling just burns a little more horse power.... someone probably had a cooling problem and put the bigger fan on it
2010 with 622 dozer with mod. 35 ripper and a 2010 with 622 dozer bought in 1969 and a 2010 loader with drott and mod. 36 ripper
