Ok, replaced tensioner, put track back on, got it much tighter than before, used machine for a while, and bam track came off yet again. Any suggestions why this thing keeps coming off?

How bad are the pins and bushings?

As in the chain part of the track? A couple are really bad, but for the most part, not terribly bad.

If one is bad, all are bad, just a couple of yours must be really bad. Measure across 5 pins (4 links) and see what you get for dimension on a taught section of track.
Tight tracks do not necessarily keep a track on. With shot pins and bushings, you are grossly out of pitch, so the track tends to climb the sprocket. A tight track makes this worse.

How bad is your front idler. We got a 1010 with a shot front idler and it throws a track pretty easy.

If you're not turning to the right, the left clutch may be slipping. Put the machine in a situation that causes it to spin the tracks and see if both tracks are actually driving. gregjo1948

Both tracks drive, however to that point, the side that keeps throwing tracks is the side that I cant turn to (I think the brake/clutch are shot) It is always under load, but I can't turn that way. (Got this unit about a month ago with the house purchase I made).

If both tracks are driving and you're not turning to one side, it is probably a stuck(frozen) clutch. This happens frequently when a machine has set idle for a while. You can sometimes free a clutch by bumping something solid. I like using a tree. While holding back the turn lever to the affected side, bump the tree repeatedly and the clutch plates that are stuck together may pop free. Use your common sense when bumping. Don't hit it at high speeds. Good luck, gregjo1948
