Hello all I just so happen to be the new owner of this dozer. I'm excited and looking forward to getting it running. So many questions will follow.
I removed the blower to check for any blockage. I can't get it to hit at all with or without ether. I'm currently trying to get #1 piston up to check valve adjustment. how do you rotate engine by hand or a tool. My starter sticks and continues to turn engine when starter button is released. I have to remove battery post to stop starter.
Thanks in advance for all help in advance.

Starter needs a new solenoid.
Hard to turn by hand unless you have the belly pan off. If you have a PTO shaft in it, I have turned them over with a wrench on the PTO shaft.

Okay couple more questions. Where do you guys buy your parts? I think that my blower will need to be replaced due to the turbines being scored on the edges. I'm thinking that it's not pushing air to the cylinders which may be why it doesn't hit on starting fluid. Can I sand these smooth? And from what I've read the S45 injectors are not helping.

I think those impellers are aluminum, so they'd probably be soft enough to polish some. However the lobes have a very tight tolerance, so you must maintain that. I don't remember if you can adjust the impellers to get the gap you need or if they're fixed.
I think they'd have to be scored really really bad to not be pushing enough air to get it to fire at all.
You need to check and make sure the rings aren't stuck and check your valve adjustment. Sounds to me like you don't have the compression you need.

Thanks again guys thats really what I was hoping to hear. I was hoping that the blower was not shot to the point that it would prevent it from pushing enough air to fire. I can now focus on just preparing to do the rebuild. Looks like it is going to be time for a rebuild due to valves adjustment checking out ok. So who has the rebuild with the N pistons and injectors? And what is the going price these days. I keep seeing that this could be done for cheap on a 2-53.
I can get kits for you, but check with your local Detroit dealer, you might be surprised how competitive he is.
