350c diesel

Post by switchhappy » Wed Jul 23, 2014 9:02 pm

iv got a 350c diesel dozer that has set for prob 4-5 years.. I changed fuel filter, installed 3 new injectors and new fuel, after going threw hell bleeding the air it started but it making a poping sound out of the intake, like pop pop pop pop.. and seems to be ruuning a lil off.. iv never messed with the 3 cylinder but common sense is telling me I have a intake valve stuck open or not closeing all the way or bent.. am I right and how should I go about checking it.. pull valve cover?

I would agree with your theory on an intake valve, could also be something stuck under the intake valve not allowing it to close like a rodent bone or something.
