First crawler 40c

i just bought my first john deere crawler and have a few questions
1) How do i id what year?
2) What blade is it
3) where do i get lift cylinders?

Serial number tag is on the LH side of the center section, you have a 54 or 55.
Aitkin Iron Works dozer frame, home made moldboard.
Cylinders are just common cylinders, seems to me 3" X 18", but do some measuring first.
