Mine don't have any plugs that I can see (or feel). Based on paint and condition, I'd say they are not all that old. No idea how they were filled/lubricated at the start if oil was the lubricant. I'd post a picture but being on the crawler all you'd really see is the outside end and the rollers.

A few months ago when my dad did an undercarriage rebuild on one of our 350C wide pads, we used trek rollers that we bought over 5 years ago. They were stored outside and all turned.

We did check all for oil before installing. After my dad twisted off his Allen socket, I used a 1/2 18v dewalt impact, then a 1/2 electric impact with jet Allen socket and got them all out. The impact will remove them where you will twist off the socket with a flex handle or strip the hex plug.
