had a thought to cut and widen a 622 blade assembly by cutting the U frame at the corners and widening it by about an inch so it would fit around the nose on the 440.
attaching onto an existing 440 inside mount.
ya i know its work, maybe a hairbrained idea, but heck, i thunk it so therefore it is possible, right? haha,
anyone can add to this hairbrained thought.

You would have to find set of 440 inside mounts which might be tough ubless you alead have them. Even then, 622 trunions are way different, so the blade will not hook up to 440 mounts anyway. Cylinder connections will be different, blade is way heavier than a 440 is meant to carry, etc. Just seems to me to be a lot of work for something that may end up damaging the crawler.
