Hello everyone
Do any of you have any experience with adapting the four pin setup to the "universal " quik tach setup to utilize skid steer type attachments. I have not had any luck finding anyone who makes these adapters.

Adapting a 1010 with 810 loader to quik tach
Re: Adapting a 1010 with 810 loader to quik tach
That is something you would have to fab up yourself or have done. Keep in mind, I'm not sure if even the biggest skid steers will dead lift or breakout as much as the loader on a 1010. If you do it, you will need the attachment off of the largest skid steer you can find. Even then, under harsh conditions, I don't think most skid steer attachments will survive.

you could get some material and weld up and mount a quick plate, I agree with Lavoy....something like a root rake would most likely get cranked out of shape pretty quick.
I see what your thinking though, there are tons of different attachments for those quick mount plates out there.

Hi Lavoy and Mini.
Thanks for the advice. Yes Lavoy, I agree that any attachment would likely be overpowered. My plan is to use the quick attach for a forklift around the shop, I have a old one off a JD 145 loader, and a off the shelf bucket for loose dirt and snow. I am not going to alter the original 1010 bucket so for heavy work I would put that back on.
Thanks again

Some of the small payloaders use a pin style quick tach.
