Newbie
Newbie here, greetings to all. Bought a very used 350b crawler loader with 4 in 1 bucket about ten years ago. Engine was stuck due to isolator springs. Pulled engine and did some minor repairs and maintenance to engine and reverser. It ran poorly but it would move. Life changed, so the machine went to the bottom of the to do list. Now I have the time and want to fix the old girl up. Found this site and am amazed at the amount of knowledge and experience that is shared for these machines. I have now pulled the engine again and going to rebuild it. I will be in touch with Lavoy for any rebuild kits or parts that he may have and also need some used missing parts that were lost by previous owner. Thanks to everyone for sharing you time
Re: Newbie
Welcome aboard, it's a great hobby and everyone once in awhile I make some money using my little loader but I always have fun with it (even when it's broken!!).
My best advice is remember everything is twice as heavy as you think and three times as stuck.....so don't get in a hurry.

Re: Newbie
Thanks 77 Ford. You are absolutely right about things being heavy. I think there is some kind of relationship with weight and money. Every part on these machines is heavy and expensive. Might be better to just weigh the part and pay by the pound. On a side note; one of the best trucks I ever owned was a 1977 Ford Ranger XLT. Two tone red and white with the matching ford fiberglass topper. Man it was sharp. Wished a hundred times , I had never sold it.
Re: Lavoy
Lavoy: when you get time, could you check to see if you have any of these used parts. No hurry, I just had shoulder surgery so it will be a while before I need them. Also will need a major overhaul kit for the engine. I will get you engine numbers soon. Parts needed:
T21323 Both left and right steering clutch covers
T20190 Exhaust manifold
AT35013 Trans shifter guide support
T37063 Trans shifter guide (trans has reverse)
AT18568 Brake control rod
T20752 Front platform
AT27687 Grille
Most of these parts were missing when I got the machine. The exhaust manifold is broken in two.
Thanks for your time and trouble

Thanks for the offer Mark. When I get started, I will contact you. Still need to contact Lavoy about a rebuild kit. I know shipping for all this stuff is going to be tough, but as the old adage: If you gonna play, you got to pay. Thanks again
