Contact Lavoy and see what he might have, or take it to a local injection pump shop for a fix or replacement.
What general area are you located in? If you ad your general location to your profile, someone might know of options close to you. I know you're not near here, as we have snow banks along the roads higher than your fence.

I’m waiting to hear back from Lavoy on a couple of parts.
We do have a local diesel injection shop here. I called them about a preliminary pump rebuild price, which was $775 if it didn’t need a head.

Also, could anyone possibly post some actual pictures of the hoses for the diesel primer pump system?

This engine has sat for several years without oil flowing properly or running.

Have you checked out the glow plugs yet? Those need to be working to start it. I would get the fuel system complete and glow plugs working then try to start it before tearing it apart.
The parts book shows a fuel strainer ahead of the fuel filters. In one of your photos it looks like it is on the left side of the engine. Is that what you are calling the gas filter?

Re: 2010C, newbie to crawlers.
I tested the first two glow plugs last night out of the engine. As it turns out they don’t work. The new set arrived yesterday.
There is the fuel/sediment bowl there in the middle of the left side of the engine.
In front of that (which must not be evident in the pictures) is where they removed the factory dual canister filter housing (replacement for that arrived yesterday as well), and plumbed in a rubber hose and cheap gasoline inline filter back to the Injection pump.

That seems really low. I thought that I got readings of 300 + on the 1010 I did many, many years ago. Those figures seem somewhat in the range of a fresh gas 1010.

I assume you checked with Lavoy on the injector and your local pump shop. Salvage yards and watching eBay, maybe. A search of AT16344 turns up a couple sources but it appears they are the ones that just search for parts.

Yes sir Jim, I don’t really have many options on the injector source.

I think that's what I'd do. Don't know what else you can do.Indirocz28 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 12, 2019 10:30 pmYes sir Jim, I don’t really have many options on the injector source.
I know it isn’t right, but I’m half tempted to take the injector apart, and helicoil the treads back to fit the factory banjo bolt.

Spencer is my supplier, they are normally R & R only on 1010/2010 injectors, been down this road a few times. We could send yours in for rebuild, not sure what they would say about the threads.
