I have both styles between 2 of my 3 machines.. I'm trying to decide between the 2 different adjusters.. Is there an advantage from one over the other..??
TIA for your thoughts ...

If not well maintained, manual adjusters will rust up and become useless. Other than that, personal choice.

Hi,
Manual ones require a lot more time to adjust. And, crawling under the machine to get to the inner ones. Also keeping track of how much you move each one as you need to do both inner and outer the same. Hydraulic ones are just pump from a grease gun.
