420 c loader crawler

Put in a new clutch and adjusted it with tool worked for five times to dirt pile. Now it will not move back or forward the reverser is in gear ?

I take you are talking main clutch.If that is the case and you didn't notice any problems in the main drive shaft splines then you have other issues.
Reverser gears or bearings.These machines are over fifty years old and they can break in so many ways.You will have to find out what broke.

Need to determine if power is still going to trans, any noise like the trans is still spinning? Will it grind if you try to shift it with the clutch out? Shift reverser to forward and reverse, does it feel like it is shifting the reverser?

Started the crawler last night it tracked to barn but steering clutches didn't want to work that well could it be steering clutches

Yes, if both clutches slip at the same time, it will mimic a bad engine clutch.
