Gentlemen,
I have no manuals and need a favor.
We have a NAPA parts store within 10 mile and I need to change my oil filter. Does anyone know what NAPA oil filter number I would use to replace the oil filter in my 420C, 1958.
I assume it is just a paper element filter thus no need for expensive Deere parts or is there?
My filter is in a steel can on the right side of the engine with an oil pressure gauge hooked to it.
Thanks,
Chuck
P.S. the King Salmon are running and the price of gasoline is $3.10/Gal.

Chuck,
They should be able to look it up by application. The Fram number is C138PL.
Gas is higher than that here, and if it doesn't quit raining soon, I will have salmon running in my lawn!
