40C weight
I have to pick up a JD 40C dozer and wondered what it will weigh. I'm guessing 6000/7000lbs. thanks, gregjo1948

Re: 40C weight
Depends on blade, but 6,000 at the outside unless something is odd.

Undercarriage is very limited as far as new. But I can rebush rails and have some core rails if yours are too bad to bush. Used parts are normally fairly available.
Engine parts are no issue, electrical, wiring harness, gauges, many other small parts are available, some in stock.
