Pumping grease into track tensioner other day stopped moving and noticed up front underneath grease streaming out. Is there a fitting fo some sort or maybe rotted? Just weird how it was in circle stream indicating not cracked. If it is a hole from rot can these be welded? Its way up front underneath so doesn't think it would integer with Poston.

Track tensioner
Re: Track tensioner
If it is coming out the bottom, that is likely from the bleed hole. I'm guessing the little ball is gone from under the bleed set screw. Did you loosen the track lately?

Re: Track tensioner
Well that makes sense . If that’s the bleed hole and bleed strew barring is gone makes for a easy fix . Anything I should watch out for in rebuilding these. Do you carry rebuild kits ?
Re: Track tensioner
Depends on style of piston, no way to know til you pull it apart.
