Blade hoses replacement 450c

Blew the right tilt hose where it enters the 4 hose clamp on the blade arm. So far I have removed the hose cover up front , removed the nut and bolt that secures the 4 hose clamp and got 6 of the 8 bolts that hold the cover in front of the valve box. Now I have to somehow get to the 2 remaining bolts; 1 of them is a square shanked carriage bolt that just spins, must be rounded off with no way to grab it and the other is not visible due to stuff in the way. Also with the bolt out of the 4 hose clamp, how does the clamp pieces come out with no damage?

I gave up on trying to remove the cover and was able to get the blown hose off and out. Replaced it and am back dozing.

I bought all my hoses online from a company that does custom hoses. Any fitting, any length all different choices of hose. Saved a bunch of money, at my door in 3 days
