WANTED: MC-1000 Integral Carrier

Post by ImplementHarry » Wed Oct 15, 2025 6:31 am

Hello,
Thank you for adding me to the group. I am located in northwest Iowa about 40 miles north/northeast of Sioux City, IA.
A young man, who is my acquaintance, recently purchased a 1952 Model MC crawler. It is currently equipped with the factory hydraulic system and a aftermarket front blade.
He would like to utilize the tractor by other means, than just the front blade.
I suggested he give consideration to adding the MC-1000 Integral Carrier, whereby he can begin to collect & use the various implements specific to this carrier.
He would also have the option of discarding the aftermarket front blade and instead use the integral bulldozer attachment.
So, we are looking for a MC-1000 Integral Carrier. A complete unit would be nice, but will also consider parts & pieces.

Thank you,
Harold

To do what you are suggesting, you would pretty much have to buy a crawler with a complete installed toll carrier, lift cylinders, and associated components. Tool carriers with a dozer blade attachment are not the most rugged blade, and are prone to breakage if abused.

Lavoy,
Having been in this hobby for a number of years and traveled down similar roads, I fully agree with your analysis of the situation.
I will pass your thoughts on to the owner of the MC.
Thank you for your advice. This is appreciated.

Harold
