If you have a herd of 350's then parts machines make good sense.
I saw a 1010 loader recently on CL for 2K, it looked like a bomb had gone off nearby. I have no idea what it actually went for though, I didn't let it follow me home.

I would say all those parts would need rebuilding along the way. But, that is worth a lot because you can do it before you need those parts. Maybe even rebuild all of the drive parts and use that sad u/c for testing....
As far as the blade goes, the PAT had optional extensions for it, so it wound up at least as wide as the outside blade. Just how much work is involved, that is unknown. I don't know of anyone who has done that.
Could PAT the outside mount blade. This, I know has been done:
