lost 1st an reverse gears in my 440

I was pushing dirt first started to grind and stopped was going to back up an reverse started to grind and it stopped working. I have 2nd 3rd 4th.kinda scared to tear in to it never worked on one be for

Any trans work on a crawler requires a complete tear down til all that is left is the trans case by itself. No real work can be done while it is in the crawler.
You can pull the top cover and see what you can see for damage.
