Hi,
Presuming you have tried Lavoy already.
1) parts machine
2) adapt from something else.
3) machine shop.

Re: Can't find part, then what?
Is this the swing cylinder for your 9550 backhoe you have asked about before, or something else? If it is the swing cylinder, have you talked to a JD construction equipment dealer parts guy and asked them to do a system search to see if a dealer somewhere might have one? What salvage yards have you called and talked to? some salvage yards will search other yards to find what you need. They have a search network like the one car salvage yards have.
Try calling MacFadden and Sons in Sharon Springs, New York, if you have not.
What is wrong with your cylinder? You didn't answer that in your recent post on the late Models Board here or on YT. Almost any cylinder can be rebuilt. It may need a lot of machine work and not be inexpensive, but if you absolutely can't find one that may be the only choice short of scrapping the backhoe.

Re: Can't find part, then what?
Doing a part number search in the JD Parts catalog system it appears that swing cylinder was used on at least some of the 9250, 9450, and 9550 backhoes.
