My 450 has no brakes thru the brake pedal, and a I have to pull way back on the steering levers to turn, the guy I bought the machine from a couple of months ago said he replaced the steering clutches, could they be out of adjustment?

Get a operators manual and repair manual . the info is in them for setup of clutch and brake they have to be set up together for nice steering .Digitup.
