450b rocker arm assembly

I was wondering if the rocker arm assembly from a 4239t will work in a 4219 in a 450b. The supports are the same part number but I cannot cross reference the rocker arms, or push rods. Everything appears to line up but I do not have the origional ones to compare them to. Also are the 239 head bolts just torqued down or are they torque to yield. Thank you all for the assistance.
