Looking at a 450 C year possibly 1980. Any Pros & Cons towards the 450 C. It appears to be in good shape.

Is the 450 C as good as the rest ?

I can't speak to all other JD machines but I can speak on the 450C. I've had one for a while now and it's been very reliable piece of equipment. If the one your looking at is mechanicaly sound, doesn't have any obvious problems, it'll probably serve you well. You didn't say what you plan to use it for but the 450 is only limited by its size. Like any crawler things wear out, I'd say mother Deere built a good one in the 450C. If you use the 350C in your picture regularly I'm sure you'll notice a difference in what you can do with the 450.
