Should I warm up the tractor and operate the blade some before draining the hydro tank or should it be done cold?
How do you flush all the old fluid out of the whole system ie: lines, valves and hoses?
There is a spin on filter that looks very much like the engine oil filter on the tractor. Does that sound right?
Thanks

I don't know about a 1010 dozer, but on my 2010 loader the procedure in the manual is to retract all of the loader cylinders after warmed up and then run to allow the pump to drain the system. Like said before, it won't get all of the oil out but will get most of it.

Well I had already dumped the oil before Tigerhazes last post but I started it up any way to see if more would pump out but little if any more did.
I only ran it for less than a minute as I did not want to run the pump with no fluid in the system.
