Instrument panel light??

Does the cover of the light snap off to change bulbs?? I need a new bulb and I do not want to damage anything but I'm not sure how to get the cover off. :?: :?:

On my gasser it twisted and lifted off.
196? 1010 diesel crawler, Gearmatic 10 winch w/ arch/fairlead, 6 way power angle blade, ROPS w/rear screen

It must be rusted tight, I can't get it to move. It will bend but not move. I'm probably going to just leave it unless I have the panel off and can remove the whole thing to work on it.

Replacement panel lights are cheap. Find them on Ebay all the time.
