Maybe you need a better description. What model winch is it? Condition? Work done recently? Things like that really help to determine value.

PTO winch worth

Post by gregjo1948 » Sat Jan 19, 2013 6:57 am

Personally, I think if the winch works OK, the brake works and there is plenty of safe cable, $1200.00 is a fair price. I have an 8A PTO winch on my 1010C that will pull the machine out of mud over the tracks at an idle. It will pull more than the dozer can hold. I've skid the machine back with both tracks locked up. gregjo1948
