That is almost a scarce as snow around here. My brother is shipping alfalfa to WI and IA already, doubt he has much of anything left by now. We were pretty dry this summer, not real good for the hay crop.

Just enjoyed 2 hours of pushing snow.
440IC with original 6V. Starts like a dream even at -5 earlier this week.
3 year old battery.

I am looking south as far as Kentucky for hay.
I pray we get some rain this coming season.

I wish my battery was 3 years old. It was in the machine when I bought it over 5 years ago. Last time I had to start it for plowing I had a battery charger on it set to 12v 200 amp. After trying for half an hour it could just barely turn the engine 1 revolution which is all it takes to wake these things up!

I usually pull the battery if the machine is going to sit for 6 months or more.
I am fortunate to have a heated shop to store them in.

Did you try to charge a 6V or a 12V?

We've been really light on snow (and precip in general) here in western MO but did get a shot of snow (1"-2") yesterday.

We had 8-10 inches a week ago. Last few days it all melted from 60+ degrees and 2" of rain. Now its back to 20 deg and snowing hard. West Michigan lake effect snow.

Not a very good one, I don't seem to be getting much snow here!
We did get 6" Monday, so as soon as the new 440 shows up, I am going to try it out.
