440 reverser

i know the trans for the early gas and diesel are different. will the reverser for a gas 440 fit in a 440 ICD diesel. What started as a trans popping out of second is getting interesting..I might have found the gears i need and he has a reverser too.. fingers crossed

The internals will, the case might, depends on serial number.

thanks.. might have found those trans gears i need in northern vt and he has a complete reverser he thinks.. but its from the gas.. the trans gears from a later gas are the same arent they?? thanks again
