Model 50/51 Backhoe swing cylinder (JD420/430/440/1010/2010)

Has anyone ever found a source for the internal rubber and leather components for the swing cylinder on a Model 50/51 backhoe? Because I do not have any replacement parts, I have never torn mine apart, but I assume that it has vanes with seals that wipe against the sides of the barrel cylinder. Is there any other typical point of failure within the barrel?

Related question. Does anyone have, or have pictures or information of the retrofit kit that replaced the barrel swing cylinder with external piston cylinders? Gil
