1963 JD 1010 crawler winch?

I'm new to this message board and JD dozers. I've purchased a nice 1963 1010 crawler dozer. I need to know which winches will fit my 1010. I've been talking with a fellow JD 40 owner and he doesn't if his 8A gearmatic will fit.

Yes it will. Be sure you get the master controller with it. gregjo1948
