2010W Cessna Pump, center section needed
2010W Cessna Pump, center section needed
Hello,
I have a 2010w with backhoe and I am looking for the center section for my cessna hydraulic pump as it has a crack in it. It is a 2-bolt model, shaft / spline driven. It looks like it has 24500-510c stamped on the shaft side of the pump. The center section has 24509-269c ? stamped on it. Thanks in advance!

I was able to jb weld the housing on the hydraulic pump, it leaks, but only a drip here and there. I filled the hydraulic fluid back up to the top of the little window about half way up the hydraulic reservoir. Now, none of the hydraulics work and I can see little bubbles in the window in the hydraulic reservoir. Basically the outrigger on the drivers / left side goes up and down but it is really slow and has little to no down-pressure, the other hydraulic cylinders surge like they want to move but that's all. I am guessing maybe a clogged filter somewhere? Or possible bad fluid or air in the lines somewhere... Where are the filters located and is there a way to bleed the hydraulics on my 2010? Thanks in advance!
I'm not sure if you are talking about a 2010 wheel tractor or a crawler loader- if a wheel tractor then the info I mention may not be relevant.
If crawler loader, the loader hydraulics are bled by raising and lowering the boom and curling the bucket several times until the air works its way out. The filter fr the loader hydraulics on a crawler loader is within the u-shaped hande on the hydraulic reservoir to your left when sitting on the crawler- if you unbolt the base plate for that handle the two part filter will come out with it. There are a number of pieces and springs for the small and large filter components so pay attention on how they are assembled.
The filter shouldn't be the primary problem as my understanding is that they are designed to bypass if clogged. You may have some lines that have disintegrated internally and are restricting flow or other type of restriction.
As for Cessna pumps, my understanding is that individual parts are not available but that they are still available as a complete unit. other would know better than me since I haven't had that issue yet.

(1) JD Straight 450 crawler dozer with manual outside blade; (2) JD 2010 diesel crawler loaders; (1) JD 2010 diesel dozer with hydraulic 6-way blade; (2) Model 50 backhoe attachments, misc. other construction equipment

2010 with 622 dozer with mod. 35 ripper and a 2010 with 622 dozer bought in 1969 and a 2010 loader with drott and mod. 36 ripper
I cleaned both filters in the reservoir, it did not seem to make a difference. Are there any other filters? The hydraulic fluid is dark colored. I am just guessing, but the fluid might even have some water in it, would a fluid change help and whats the procedure for changing out the fluids. How many gallons will i need. The left outrigger for the backhoe goes up and down really slow and has little to no down force. The others move barely if at all but thats it Thanks!
first if there is water in your fluid it would be milky white .....second you either have put something on the pump together wrong or you got some crap in the pressure relief valve .... for what ever reason it looks like you have no pressure

I actually made gaskets as the ones I got from deere were the wrong size. Where on the loader and backhoe valves should I look? What do the relief valves look like? Someone mentioned something about banjo nuts, on the loader valve there are 2 banjo nuts on the bottom one bigger than the other one, and on the backhoe control valve there are 6 banjo nuts all the same size under each lever.
I took out a big maybe 1 1/8 inch inch bolt on the front of the left hand side of the front hydraulic controls where on the back has the intake and output lines bolted to it. I pulled out the bolt its ~ 3 inches long, and is hollow it basically has a spring inside secured by a snapring on the end to hold everything together.
Stamped on the head of the bolt is the following
32037 QA
2500 PSI
J041215
Is this the pressure relief valve by any chance? How do i reset
it, is it easy to take apart / put back together?
