New user needing a little help. My brother has a 350C and when he pulls back on the left lever it stops the dozer completely, it does not turn left. The right lever is working fine. The dozer was working great until he replaced the steering clutch valve spool seals.

your RIGHT SIDE clutch is either slipping of is being held in the released position
2010 with 622 dozer with mod. 35 ripper and a 2010 with 622 dozer bought in 1969 and a 2010 loader with drott and mod. 36 ripper
