Check the fuel line into the carb.
The elbow into the carb has a screen. Remove the elbow. It is probably plugged.
Could be the screen in the fuel bowl or any of the lines from the tank.
Start at the tank and work your way down.

Happy wrenching,
Duke

After checking for good fuel flow to the carburetor as mentioned, if not resolved, the problem could be a sticking float in the carb. Try gently tapping on the side of the float bowl with a soft hammer or screwdriver handle and see if there is any change. Sometimes this all that's needed. I'd still remove the carb and disassemble and clean it up it at some point, installing a rebuild kit for peace of mind. This is not a very difficult task. Good luck.Paul
