1010 diesel Not running at full power

Well the tractor started and it was blowing smoke for a bit ..running for 15 minutes it sounds like the timing is off or something it was not running it full power ..all the lines were bleed ..I can't figure out what the problem is after I was done working on it I shut it down try to started back up and it would not start up ..any help out there on this issue

There are a lot of discussions about troubleshooting the DB injection pumps and injectors in the archived threads- I don't have much time right now to pull but if you put in your search "1010 injector" or something similar and "jdemaris" in the username search you will find a large number of them.
(1) JD Straight 450 crawler dozer with manual outside blade; (2) JD 2010 diesel crawler loaders; (1) JD 2010 diesel dozer with hydraulic 6-way blade; (2) Model 50 backhoe attachments, misc. other construction equipment
