Hello everyone I was just wondering when I drive my bull dozer the bottom rollers roll 3 or 4 times than stop than roll again is this normal?

if the tractor is moving and there is weight on all the rollers then NO its not normal
2010 with 622 dozer with mod. 35 ripper and a 2010 with 622 dozer bought in 1969 and a 2010 loader with drott and mod. 36 ripper

This would be an indication of lack of lubrication in the rollers, causing them to stop rolling. My guess is that the inner roller surfaces are also "flat spotted" which exacerbates the issue.

There is another recent discussion thread you can find about checking rollers in case you don't know the procedure to do so.

Thank you guys I will put more oil in the rollers also you dont think that this is occuring because of track tension? The tracks are with in the old jd specks .

LOL, yeah now looking back at the post it is pretty funny. When I post from work (I'm an engineer) I tend to use words I wouldn't normally use elsewhere.
