dear john....etc etc
..
book claims orig liner bore is 3.875 to 3.876 in
here is what i have on this one...listed 1 thru 4 cyls
3/8 below top..3.622 3.625 3.619 3.618
3.5 below top 3.619 3.618 3.623 3.609
midway.........3.609 3.627 3.629 3.6115

lengthways of liner
3/8 below top 3.621 3.621 3.62 3.619
3.5 below top 3.599 3.619 3.621 3.610
midway 3.6155 3.629 3.629 3.6035

book says if off 0.010 on any dims...need to replace liner and pistons..
is this in need or/and how long would normal use last???....is not runnning construction etc...has xmas tree farm

still cant figure out that original liner bore being larger than what the current dims are what gives????

thanks

3.875 is DIESEL yours is gas (smaller bore)the specs are 3.625/3.626....max wear is 3.635/3.636..... looks like your inside mics are off ..have you checked the inside mics with some outside mics? main places to check are very bottom of cylinder and in the top ring wear area about 3/8 to 1/2" down from top that will tell you how much taper/wear you have
2010 with 622 dozer with mod. 35 ripper and a 2010 with 622 dozer bought in 1969 and a 2010 loader with drott and mod. 36 ripper
