JD 440 blade

Post by fictional31m » Sun Jun 29, 2014 8:40 pm

I'm having trouble tracking down parts for a blade that is identical to this one in the picture
http://www.jdcrawlers.com/messageboard/ ... 4f434e3488

the parts that I need are listed for a 615 on the jd pdf parts however I cant find the parts for the part numbers listed I need the main pivot pin and bushings or is there an alternative repair method you use mine is a little worn and causes the blade to bite/pivot downward when pushing.

Lavoy can correct me if I am wrong, but I believe his blade shown in the pictures you referenced, is a Model 64. The parts manual is available on the John Deere website. Gil

Correct, if you have a power 6 way on a 440, it is a #64.
