I wonder: Would it be easier to get a winch, including the PTO, versus trying to get a PTO alone?
Also, on the three point hitch: Could this be cobbed together from parts?

Winch does not run with pto shaft, different shaft.

Folks, just to clarify, do the winch shafts run out of the same PTO hole in the 350 transmission, or is there a separate transmission hole that a winch driveshaft goes into? I have a 93A backhoe mounted now, so can not see right now, myself.
