are the tightening nuts for the front idle wheel for this crawler held in place by a screw located on top of the nut?? Im not talking about the tension nuts for the track tension.

are you talking about the nuts that hold the axle for the front idler. I dont think they have a set screw in the nut however there is one listed a 22h-712 but I will check my machine that is 420c five roll. and advise accordingly. hope this helps. bkrr

There is a set screw that holds the axle from rotating, but there are no set screws on the nuts themselves.
