350B vs. 350C whats the differences?

I was just told about a 350C dozer about to be cut up for scrap. My son said its missing the engine, but everything else is apparently still there. I have a 350B loader that I'm repairing rite now. I don't know what the differences are between the B & C. If I can get it for scrap price or so, can I use a lot of the parts that are still good?

Even without motor about 50 % of parts will fit .If tracks are decent it is a real bonus.Digitup.
