My 440ICD didn't have the cup when I got it and I searched for several years. I finally found one on eBay that was partially rusted through. I gave it to a friend of mine to fix and he ended up finding a sauce pan at a Goodwill store that just fit so he cut the upper half off and then epoxied it to my old cup. It came out looking pretty darn good.
Good luck!

Air Cleaner Cup
My 440ICD needed an air cleaner cup as well. Like Brad, I looked for a long time and finally found an entire air cleaner. If I recall, it came from Arkansas. My old cleaner was pretty beat up so I just replaced the entire unit. I think the only thing I saved from my old one was the cup clamp.
My first 440ICD came with no filter assy at all. I searched for a while for the correct one then found a Baldwin dry element filter that had an outlet about the same size as the rubber elbow into the blower. i bought a piece of exhaust tubing to fit the filter about 18 +/- inches long. I had the muffler shop expand the other end slightly to fit snug in the rubber elbow. Now the filter lays on its side about where the original filter would have been. I can find the number of the filter if anyone is interested.
