FOR SALE!!!! 1010 crawler

Post by graveldog25 » Sun Aug 30, 2009 2:33 pm

Here it is guys, my official waving of the white flag in surrender. The cost of resurrecting this poor old dog is just going to be to much and I give up. With that said, I am offering my 1010 for sale as a whole machine or for parts. Serial # 29803. Has a diesel engine that is out of it and on a pallet. Has good tracks, sprockets, rollers and grouser, rear pto, rear sprocket covers, 6 way model 612 hydraulic blade. The right steering clutch is stuck. I rigged a Briggs & Stratton engine to the input shaft on the reverser and the machine developed the proper hydraulic pressures and tried to move so I am assuming that the reverser clutches are good but hard to tell without the proper power to apply to it. The radiator/oil cooler looks as if it had been replaced since new. The paint looks nice and black. Originally it was a 24 volt setup, but one of the previous owners started to change it over to 12 volt. All gauges but the tachometer have been replaced with what looks like generic gauges. The tachometer was stuck and the cable twisted off but I got the tach lubes up and now it spins freely. The face is a little faded, but not to bad. I have a bunch of pictures that I can e-mail if interested, since I am not having luck posting them here. I am open to any and all offers whether it's parts or the whole thing. If you want parts, I might be able to arrange shipping at your expence, but please be patient. I am not a crook and will not make a deal with you unless I know I can produce what you want. For anyone interested in the complete crawler, I am located in Java, SD. Let me know what y'all think. Thanks.
