I was using my 450 crawler yesterday and suddenly I had very little left steering, it smelled as if something was burning when I tried to turn left. I'm assuming it must be the steering clutches, altough the guy I bought it off of in June said he had replaced them, could it be they need adjusting, and if so is that a labor intensive job? I have the service manual that walks you thru it and was curious if anyone could give me a time estimate as to how long it should take. Also I went to grease the rollers for the track (6 per side) but found no zerk fittings, except the top one, I'm assuming they sheared off but I can't figure out how to take the bushing off, so I can replace them.
Thank You

Steering Clutches
Not sure on the time frame for adjusting these, but according to the manual it doesn't look to bad. I need to do the ones on my 350 soon. As far as the bottom rollers go, my thought is they were replaced or it came stock with depending on the year, sealed rollers which require no grease.
