three point leftovers on 440?

This looks like a place for mounting three point cylinder, and there is a rock shaft. I haven't been able to find pictures of one on a 440 with loader and the manual depictions don't show this area. It has been all busted up and poorly repaired if it really was original.

You will not find a factory piece of literature for a 3PT on a loader crawler. There were some done obviously, but they were most likely a one off deal done at the dealership level, or possibly on a special order basis with Dubuque.
