I need an engine rebuild kit for my 40c
pistons 60 over ,rings ,valves the crank is good, also my head has been welded I'm thinking of replacing.
What will all that cost

Pistons are available in 45, 90, and 125 only as far as oversize. Kit depends on how much you want to replace. New heads are somewhere around $400 I think.

No, that is bare casting. I have the rest of the pieces in stock except for the valve retainers, need to use your old ones.
