2010 diesel crawler having fuel issue
I have a 2010 dozer with the diesel engine. I am getting fuel to the injection pump an flow threw the pump to the return line. However I am not getting fuel to the injectors. Can any one give me an idea?

Fill her up
I would make sure you have atleast 30 litres of fuel in the tank and then crack each injector line starting on the pump end and then moving to the injector end.
2010's are troublesome but worth the effort.

JD has an excellent manual on the Roosa Master pump SM2045. The manual has a trouble shooting section. You might find one around or you can get it from the JD site:

Was this working fine recently and suddenly lost power or died? If that is the case I've seen that once before on a Roosa Master DC model and the problem ended up being failed soft parts in the pump causing multiple problems with pumping and pressure regulation piston movement.
We removed the pressure regulator and the advance bolts/seats etc. and found chunks of black plastic in the fuel. I would say if you can carefully open these sections, don't drop anything and watch out for spring loaded elements to inspect for loose debris. All fuel that gets to the pump is filtered or should be, so, if you find any loose debris in any of the openings you have shredded soft parts of some sort.
