I saw a pic of the other side. The only parking brakes it has is a piece of tin rubbing on the right drive wheel.

Anyone can express themselves in any way that they like, it is one of the many freedoms of America. Having said that, I kinda get the sense of humor in the project, but why not rebuild the engine too? It is burning oil (blue smoke)

More details: Looks like a spinner knob on the handle bars - that's a first.

Of course that thing isn't made to stop the passenger isn't belted in visualize that fallin on ya in a crash.Poor bugger wouldn't know what happened too him ! .That bike would be some dangerous at 20 miles per hour .Throw a rope around the extra three hundred pounds there and shove it off for an anchor that would help .Digitup.
