It's hard to judge exactly from the pics, but likely the original track links so the pins/bushings are too small for a 350 and there are not enough track links.
It looks like they just rebushed/repinned the tracks but the rails in a couple of photos seem really thin so not sure why they would go through that trouble and expense.
