I just got in some new reproduction headlights for MC through 420. They are accurate reproductions, complete and ready to install less the little clamp, but I have them too. Headlights will work on 430/440 but are not accrate from a restoration standpoint, but on a 440 you would not be able to tell.
Price is $35 each + shipping.

Do the headlights have the "Guide" brand stamped on the cone tip?

No they do not, I imagine they were not able to obtain the rights to use the guide name, I am sure it is still copyrighted.
If that is a criteria for you, I have a limited number of original guide headlights. I would need to put gaskets and bulbs in them, but that would not take too long.
