450B steering

Post by Jimmy450b » Sun Jul 24, 2016 2:44 pm

I have a 450B dozer that I have just replaced both steering clutch assemblies, the power steering is just erractic, making it very hard to get a true adjustment of the steering. My question is if I replace the power steering cylinders with 450 rods, AT18425, shouldn't this work better? Would it hurt anything to just hook the lines together from the pump? Thanks.
